Mr. Colombani joined the Firm in August, 2026 for the practice of corporate and commercial law and real estate law.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Colombani worked as an associate at The Rivera Group. In that role, Mr. Colombani’s primary areas of practice involved contract, civil, and corporate litigation before judicial courts and administrative agencies, as well as notarial services and real estate transactions.

Mr. Colombani was born in Queens, New York on May 31, 2000. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico in 2022, and a law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2025.

Mr. Colombani is admitted to practice law and is a licensed notary in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Mr. Colombani is fluent in English and Spanish.
